【Packaging and Shipping】
Items will be carefully packed in bubble wrap (cushioning material) and shipped in a box.
【Pre-purchase Notice】
This product originally comes in a PVC bag, so
due to temperature differences between indoor and outdoor environments during cold weather, there is a possibility that the bag may crack or tear during shipping.
Please be aware of this before making your purchase.
The original PVC bag and seal that came with the product from the store will be included.

for items with a soft texture, such as cream types,
and items with relatively smooth surfaces,
slight indentations (pressure marks) may be observed on individual items.
Additionally, the bags wrapping the products may also show
minor dents or creases due to transportation.
Please check the images provided for detailed conditions.
Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be individual differences and slight variations in craftsmanship, and we do not guarantee a completely flawless or perfect condition.
We apologize, but if you are seeking perfect condition or are highly particular about details, please refrain from pre-ordering or purchasing.
【Replacement Bags and Packaging Materials】
A replacement bag will be included.
Please note that cushioning bags (bubble wrap, etc.) may have hair or dust attached due to static electricity or multiple transport processes. Please understand in advance that it is difficult to completely prevent this.
We will clean and inspect the items as much as possible before shipping.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for the reasons mentioned above, so we appreciate your understanding.
