【Packaging and Shipping】
Items will be carefully packaged with bubble wrap (cushioning material) and shipped in a box.
【Precautions before purchasing】
Since this product is originally packaged in a PVC material bag,
Due to temperature differences between indoor and outdoor environments during cold periods, there is a possibility that the bag may crack or tear during the shipping process.
Please be aware of this before making your purchase.

For items with a soft texture, such as cream types,
・For items with a relatively smooth surface material,
Light indentations (press marks) may be observed on individual items.
Also, the bags encasing the product may have minor dents or creases due to transportation.

Due to the handmade nature of the product, individual differences and slight variations in craftsmanship may be observed, and we cannot guarantee a completely flawless or perfect condition.
We kindly ask customers who seek perfect condition or are overly concerned about details to refrain from pre-ordering or purchasing.
【Replacement bags and packaging materials】
We will include a replacement bag.
Please note that cushioning bags (bubble wrap, etc.) may have hair or dust attached due to static electricity or multiple shipping processes. We appreciate your understanding that it is difficult to completely prevent this.
We will clean and inspect them as much as possible before shipping.
